How do I place an order?
Please fill out the Order Form. Once we receive your custom order request, we will email you to confirm all of the details of your order with the quote.
How much notice is needed for placing an order?
It is never too early to place an order. We tend to book months in advance for certain dates- especially near holidays. Typically a minimum of two weeks is required for custom cookie orders.
I filled out an Order Form, is my order on the calendar?
Due to the amount of inquiries received, orders are not on the calendar until the Order Invoice has been paid in FULL. In order to accommodate other order inquiries, if no payment OR communication is reciprocated within 72 hours of cookie quote, date availability will be given to next inquirer.
When is payment due?
To reserve your spot on the calendar, a payment is required in FULL.
How much are your cookies?
Cookies are priced based on several factors: size of cookie cutter, intricacy of design, number of icing colors used, and packaging. Please note this is a baseline parameter. Each custom set takes time to plan, bake, decorate and package. For a specific quote, please fill out the form for accurate details regarding your order.

Extras: watercolor, metallic colors, and special packaging are included with the quote.
I want a spot on your calendar, but I don’t know what I want. How does that work?
For orders months out, I require a $42 flat rate retainer if the quantity is unknown (typically birthday parties, showers, etc.) This allows you to reserve a spot on the cookie calendar months in advance. The $42 retainer will be deducted from your overall order balance once quantity is confirmed 30 days before the pick-up date. The retainer is non-refundable but can also be credited to a future order or different date pending availability. For larger events such as weddings and corporate events the retainer is 50% of invoice.
Is there an order minimum?
There is a one dozen minimum order on all cookies. Please keep in mind that due to the amount of time it takes to mix icing colors and decorate, design themes cannot be mixed.
Can you accommodate last minute orders?
We get it, you meant to fill out an order form weeks ago, but it slipped your mind. Life happens sometimes faster than we prefer, and we understand! While we cannot accommodate every last-minute request, you are welcome to shoot us an email to see if we have any availability with pre-existing orders. All last-minute orders will incur a rush-fee. If you need cookies in the next 72 hours or less, we will not be able to accommodate.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our tasty quality of cookies is reflected by the price. We do not offer bulk discounts for large orders due to the time and attention to detail that goes in each set. Each batch is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients and is mixed, rolled, hand-cut, and decorated.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept venmo, check, or credit/debit cards. All debit and credit cards are subject to the 4% processing fee.
Can you cater to special allergies?
Due to the variance in sensitivities and allergies, we unfortunately cannot accommodate certain requests as we are not an allergen-free kitchen. All cookies contain the following allergens: butter, eggs, almonds, flour.
Do you make other flavors?
Not at this time. At the present time, all cookies are almond-vanilla flavored.
Can I order your cookies if I live out of state?
Possibly! I have had orders from surrounding states that are passing through Grand Rapids and pick up cookies on the way to their final destination. If you have a (willing) local Grand Rapids, MI friend or wedding planner that will be attending the event in your city, they are welcome to pick-up the cookies for you. Pre-arrangement required.
Can you ship your cookies?
At the present time, we are unable to ship cookies under the Michigan Cottage Food Law. For that reason, local pick up is in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available depending on the location for an added fee. Delivery day, time, and location need to be pre-arranged.
How do cookie pick-ups work?
Custom Orders: Pick-ups are Wednesday thru Fridays. Pick up options will be given for Wednesdays or Thursdays. Fridays (after 2pm).
Do I need to book months in advance for holiday or special event sets?
Not necessarily. We post flash sales with limited designs corresponding to that holiday or event via the order form. Not all holidays will have pre-order forms. We typically have holiday order forms for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Valentine’s Day. That being said, if there is a particular holiday or event that you would like custom cookies for, it is best to fill out the order form in advance. If you have something different in mind from the flash sale order form, due to the number of responses, the order may or may not be able to be accommodated based on availability. Again, it is best to fill out the order form in advance if there is a particular order desired for a certain date.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies stay fresh for 2-3 weeks if in individual heat-sealed bags. If there are any extras from events, which there rarely are, the cookies can be kept fresh in the freezer. Keep them in an airtight container, and place in the freezer. To thaw, take them out approximately ten-twelve hours in advance. While they are thawing, keep them in the sealed, airtight container until completely thawed. Enjoy! Unwrapped cookies are recommended to be kept in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
